US Special Delivery Is a Shining Star in Mastio & Company’s 2021 LTL Customer Value & Loyalty Report
Mastio & Company, an independent research firm that specializes in the freight transportation sector, recently published their 17th annual LTL Customer Value & Loyalty Report. US Special Delivery scored the highest Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 2021, an impressive 77.8%. *The average Net Promoter Score for the 17th Edition LTL Study was 46.5%.
The study consisted of interviews with approximately 1,500 major shippers throughout the United States. The interviews allowed shippers to rate LTL carriers on several attributes, including pricing, customer service, and performance quality.
