Mastio & Company, an independent research firm that specializes in the freight transportation sector, recently published their 18th annual LTL Customer Value & Loyalty Report. This year, US Special Delivery scored an outstanding Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 80.0%. *The average Net Promoter Score for the 18th Edition LTL Study was 44.8%.
The 2022 18th Edition study findings are based on interviews with 1,636 customers. This study also includes approximately 11,000 Voice of the Customer responses to ten (10) open-ended questions about individual carriers on several attributes, including pricing, customer service and performance quality.
